Maicie is a passionate veterinary professional who has dedicated her career to advocating for animals from a young age. Ever since she was seven years old, Maicie knew she wanted to work with animals, and at 15, she began her journey in the veterinary medical field. As a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Maicie is committed to being a voice for our furry friends, providing compassionate care and expertise to ensure their well-being. In December of 2023, Maicie began working at Williams Veterinary Wellness, where she continues to provide top-quality care to animals and their families.
Originally from Alaska, Maicie has always had a love for nature, which has influenced both her professional and personal life. In addition to her work in veterinary medicine, she has a deep interest in marine biology and was an avid scuba diver, a passion she occasionally misses. When she's not caring for animals, Maicie enjoys reading, hiking, going to the gym, and spending quality time with her dogs and fiancé. She also has a love for line dancing, a hobby she enjoys in her free time. While she enjoys staying active, you can't go wrong with snuggling up on the couch for a good TV show.
