Rattlesnake encounter

Fell from a great height

Ingestion of a known toxin

Seizures

Blood in vomit, urine, or stool

Vomiting or diarrhea for more than 24 hours

Disorientation or confusion

Head pressed against the wall

Encounter with a wild animal

Collapse or unconsciousness
